Pick a store, tap a drink to open the builder, choose your size, milk, shots and flavors, add your name, and check out. Your order goes straight to that store's queue and is usually ready in about 7–12 minutes. You'll see an estimated ready time on your confirmation.

Yes — the store bar at the top of the builder always shows your selected store. Tap "Change store" to pick another, or set one from the store locator. Ordering from the wrong store is the classic mistake, so we keep it visible the whole time.

Because your drink starts being made almost immediately, orders can't be cancelled once confirmed. Double-check your bag before you place it. In this reference demo, no drink is actually made — orders simply appear on the store queue.

In-store shelf, drive-thru, or curbside, depending on the store's amenities. You choose at checkout, and your name is on the cup for the handoff.

You earn 1 star per dollar as a Green member, 1.2 as Gold, and 1.7 as Reserve. Redeem starting at 25 stars for a customization, up to 400 stars for merchandise. The full ladder is on the rewards page.

At Green, stars expire after six months of inactivity. At Gold and Reserve, your stars never expire — one of the perks of climbing tiers.

Tiers are based on the stars you earn within a calendar year: Green to start, Gold at 500, Reserve at 2,500. Your tier resets each year, but any stars you've banked stay in your balance to redeem.

A free handcrafted drink or treat on your birthday. Add your birthday when you join. Gold and Reserve members get a full 30-day window to use it.

Yes. Oat, soy, coconut and almond milk carry no upcharge in any drink, hot or iced, in any size. We removed the surcharge in 2026 — here's why.

Right in the builder. Calories update live in the footer as you change size, milk, shots and toppings, so you always see the number for exactly the drink you're building.

Up to 12 of any single modification — for example, up to 12 pumps of a syrup or 12 shots. The builder will let you know when you hit the limit.

Common allergens (dairy, tree nuts, soy, wheat) are noted on product pages. If you have a serious allergy, please tell the barista directly — shared equipment means we can't guarantee against cross-contact.

This is a reference storefront. Checkout runs in free demo mode through the platform's placeholder gateway — your order is recorded and appears on the store queue, but no card is charged and no money moves. A real store would connect its own payment processor.

In a live store, yes — a prepaid balance is the fastest way to pay and earns bonus stars on reload. In this demo the balance UI is illustrative and holds no real funds.

Since no payment is taken in this demo, there's nothing to refund. In a live store, refunds would follow the store's own policy through its payment provider.
