2026 Impact Report
The good we can measure.
Every year we publish where we stand across the four things we've committed to: the coffee and the farmers who grow it, opportunity for our partners, the communities we sit in, and the planet we borrow from. Numbers first. The uncomfortable ones included.
Coffee & farmers
100% ethically sourced — and reinvesting in the people who grow it.
Climate is already reshaping where coffee can grow. Our agronomy centers give farmers rust-resistant varietals and open-source growing data at no cost — because a supply chain that doesn't take care of its first mile doesn't have a last one.
Opportunity
Every partner has a stake.
We call employees partners because they own part of the company through equity grants. This year we closed our gender pay gap to within 1% globally and published the methodology so anyone can check our work.
Community
A store is a neighbor.
Our FoodShare program routes unsold food to local pantries at the end of every day instead of the dumpster. It's not charity accounting — it's a standing operating procedure at every company-operated store.
Environment
Down 17% — and honest about the rest.
Where we're behind: Scope 3 — the beans, the milk, the drive to the store — is 96% of our footprint and the hardest to move. We're not there yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
