What we collect
- Order information — the drinks you build, your first name for the cup, and pickup details, so we can prepare and hand off your order.
- Rewards activity — stars earned and redeemed, your tier, and (if provided) your birthday, to run the loyalty program.
- Contact details — an email address if you subscribe to the Sunday Pour or contact support.
- Device & usage data — basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used, to improve it.
How we use it
To fulfill your orders, run Rewards, personalize offers, send the communications you opt into, and keep the Services secure. We use order and customization patterns in aggregate to decide what to put on the menu next — for example, a trending customization can become a seasonal drink.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with advertisers. Communications are opt-in, and you can unsubscribe from any of them at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information; opt out of marketing; and manage cookies through your browser. In this reference build, clearing your browser storage removes your local name, bag, and rewards.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data in transit and at rest.
Children
The Services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
