By using the Evergreen Coffee Co. website, mobile ordering, or Rewards program (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Ordering
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the items in your bag at the prices shown. Because beverages are prepared to order, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Prices, availability, and seasonal items may change without notice. In this reference build, checkout runs in free demo mode: orders are recorded and displayed on a store queue, but no payment is processed.
3. Rewards
Stars are a promotional benefit with no cash value and are not transferable. We may adjust earning rates, redemption values, and tier thresholds; material changes will be posted here. Stars and rewards obtained through fraud or error may be revoked. See the Rewards page and Rewards FAQ for current details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access them by any means other than the interface we provide, interfering with their operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Evergreen name, logo, and site content are the property of Evergreen Coffee Co. and its licensors. You may not use them without permission.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
